Exchanges and returns

To ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase from Tekbold, product exchanges and returns are free. However, return or exchange procedures must respect the following conditions:

Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement from our after-sales service and beyond a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package. Returns for exchange or refund will only be accepted if the product is in perfect condition, has never been used and is returned to us in its original packaging. The product must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. If the return or exchange conditions are met, the related shipping costs are our responsibility.

The “product return” shipping costs will be our responsibility in the following two cases: defective product or product delivery error on our part. Please ensure that the return of your product will be handled by the BNT company before returning it to the address indicated.

This guarantee will only be applied to products showing no deterioration. Consequently, items returned damaged, incomplete or soiled will not be taken back. In the event of non-compliance with return instructions, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Any Tekbold product returned following approval by after-sales service and found to be defective will be replaced within 8 working days by an identical model. Products returned for inspection must be sent to our address, accompanied by dated proof of purchase and a letter explaining the reasons for the return. If, however, the product is no longer available, you will then be asked to choose a model from those offered on the tekbold.com website.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, negligence, mistreatment, non-compliance with washing and ironing recommendations or damage resulting from exposure of the product to excessive temperature.

What are the return conditions?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment subject to the following conditions:

The items to be returned are defective, or not in your size

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

The item(s) must not have been washed or worn.

Free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable

The return cannot be processed if all conditions are not respected. For more information, please read our delivery, exchange and returns policy.

Are there any costs for the return?
If the return conditions are respected, the return is free
If the return conditions are respected, you can be refunded or request an exchange (size, item, etc.)
Original shipping costs are not refundable
The price difference is your responsibility if the new item is more expensive than the returned one
The price difference will be refunded to you if the new item is less expensive than the returned one


What are the repayment deadlines?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to the original payment method, within 15 business days.
