-How is my order processed and delivered?
Concerning order processing, we start production of your products within 48 hours after ordering or 24 hours for priority orders.
Then you need to count the shipping time:
In France the delivery time is 6 to 10 working days.
In the European Union the announced delivery time is 7 to 14 working days
In the rest of the world, the delivery time is 7 to 14 working days
We deliver all over the world, from France.
Delivery is always tracked, we transmit the tracking automatically.
-What happens if I don't receive my package?
After 4 weeks, if you still have not received your package, we will refund your entire order
- Who delivers my item?
Your items are delivered by our fulfillment center and will be forwarded to you through your local postal service.
- How can I follow the progress of my package?
With the tracking number that will be assigned to you in the “shipping confirmation” email, go to the “track my order” tab at the bottom of the page of the tekbold.com website.
-What are the delivery times?
Items are delivered according to the terms of your local post office and are usually delivered during office hours. (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
- What happens if no one is home?
Don't worry, most of our items will be left in your letterbox as they are quite small but if the postman does not have access to your letterbox your package will be left with your post office for you You can collect it with your calling card, which your postman will have previously left in your mailbox to inform you of your non-presence.
- Where do these products come from?
Made in China and stored in France.
- I have the wrong delivery address, what should I do?
Don't worry, contact us immediately we will be happy to update it. contact@tekbold.com
Simply send us your corrected address with your order number and we will change your information.
-Change of address after receipt of delivery confirmation
As per our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
- I don't like my item, can I return it?
Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 14 days following receipt of the package. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
**Promotional items are not eligible for returns.
- Can you reimburse me for the shipping costs?
Depending on the item and the reason, refunds are authorized after study of your request (contact@tekbold.com).
- Can I return the item and exchange it?
Provided that the returned item is in perfect condition, exchanges are possible. Send us an email and we'll take care of the rest. contact@tekbold.com
ORDER CHANGES
- I changed my mind about my article, what should I do?
If you have changed your mind about your order, send us an email indicating which item you want to change and we will make it right. Please note that any order changes must be made within 2 hours following the initial purchase.
- Can I change my item after receiving the confirmation by email?
Unfortunately no. All items that have left our warehouse are final and cannot be changed.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
-What is your refund policy?
All items purchased may be returned and/or refunded, subject to management's discretion and approval, taking into account the following conditions:
Return requests are accepted within 14 business days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their condition, delivered with all their parts and labels.
Damaged/defective/incorrect products may be exchanged.
Cancellation of an order may be made before the orders are shipped and management reserves the right to refuse any cancellation made after the items have been shipped and/or after 5 hours of the initial purchase.
Return costs are our responsibility.
Management reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds and each case is subject to the sole decision of the company.
The company will not be responsible for any errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to returning the product before receiving a refund.
Any change of address is subject to management approval and shipped/completed orders are strictly non-modifiable.
- How long do refunds take?
Refunds may take up to 14 business days, depending on the checkout system.
- I still haven't received my refund?
Please notify us immediately by email if you have not received it after 2 weeks from the day we agreed to refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS
- What should I do if I received a damaged item?
If you have received a damaged item, let us know immediately and you will either have the choice of getting a refund or exchanging your item.
OTHERS
Emails & Notifications
- Confirmation mail not received
If you have not received an email confirming your purchase, notify us immediately through our contact form with your full name, address and delivery city and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam or other folders, we ask you to check them before contacting us.
